ANNOUNCING THE 14Th ANNUAL SHENANDOAH VALLEY REUNION on SEPTEMBER 29,2007
Dear Brother Retiree
The Retired Washington D.C. Firefighters Association will host this years "Shenandoah Valley "Reunion" at the usual place - The 4-H Center in Front Royal, Virginia.
It will be held on Saturday September 29,2007 rain or shine from 12:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M.
As usual "REDS HEFLIN" will preside over the cooker and we will provide - Steamship rounds of beef, Kaiser rolls, along with plates, cups, utensils, drinks, beer, and ice.
Again we ask that you bring a covered dish or desert to share, we plan to eat at 2:00 p.m.
Due to the fact that this is an outdoor event we are unable to furnish facilities for heating food but we know from past events that you can deal with this.
This year the fee will again be $15.00 per person. This is necessary due to the rising cost of everything, and also we plan to add a few new features.
Letters about this event along with reservation forms will be mailed out in July - Please return your advance reservation form and your check by Sept. 1 2007
